- Any staff member or employee of a K-12, college, or graduate school in the U.S.
- Any school, college, university, school district, or other accredited educational institution
*Accreditation must be recognized by U.S. Department of Education and/or State Board of Education.

Most of our products are offered at Academic Discounts, up to 80% off standard retail list prices. Manufacturers require us to verify academic/non-profit status in order to sell these particular products
Products that require academic verification are for non-commercial use. Many of our titles, however, do not require academic status.

IF YOU ARE A HOME SCHOOL STUDENT, PLEASE SEND US:
- A copy of student or parent`s photo ID (driver`s license or passport)
AND
- Student`s name, age, and grade level
AND any two (2) or more of the following:
- A letter from your State`s Department of Education recognizing your home school
- A letter from your local School District or Board of Education recognizing your home school
- A letter of intent to home school
- Any document showing membership in a local, state, or national home school association or organization
- Any receipts for purchases of a home school curriculum program from any nationally recognized home school curriculum provider
- Any other documentation which verifies that you have established an authentic home school for the purpose of educating your child or children outside of the public and private school systems
Upon submission of these documents, we will review them and forward copies of verification to the software manufacturer(s) of the product(s) that you wish to purchase in order to obtain final approval. The software manufacturers typically take about 48-72 business hours to review the documents and give their final approval. Once final approval from a software manufacturer has been obtained, you will not have to resubmit these documents for re-approval for any future orders for the current school year.
Home School Student Exclusions
Autodesk products are not available for Home School Students.

The regular academic pricing on our website is not available to Non-Profit customers. Non-Profits can purchase products only through the link that we will email to you.

Non-profit status is verified by providing NUBSCC with a 501 (c)(3).
